We've just updated end of year & 2026 events!
TPPOA dues cover the post office box, insurance, incorporation fees, lawn mowing, electric, water and maintenance of the building / property. In addition to keeping the association up and running, dues also help cover things like our annual barbecue, gas for grills, food, and paper goods.
Dues are $50yr, and should be paid by January 1.
